Intimidating, following and stalking in the court and outside

Sir,

I am decree holder in partition suit entitling 2/3rd share in the property. My sister is using illegal acts to take my property. I am also threaten constantly. I complained to the DG of Police, Commissioner, Ministry of Home for giving instructions to desist and cease from the criminal acts of my Sister family.

Unfortunately, my sister and her family are back to their own ways of intimidating and adopting criminal methods to intimidate me from pusuing my civil case.

I am not able to decide why action is not taken against my sister and her family for criminal acts. For my redressal of grievance where to approach to whom to contact.

Please kindly advise.
