Spelling mistake

Dear Sir,
There is spelling mistake in all my documents from my school certificate to my marriage documents. My surname is Giri but by mistake it is Gir.
I have corrected it by gadgets, but during marriage certificate they have not accepted it.

Now for my child I want surname Giri

please advise me what to do.

my my child birth certificate I want my certificate by name Giri not Gir

pleae advise me in that case..

in birth certificate of your child mention giri as her surname .

apply to all concern authorities for rectification alongwith the gazzatte in which your corrected name is published if needed provide them with an affidavit if asked.

You can use giri as surname for your child for all purpose presently and in future.
