Sir
I am working as PGT(HISTORY) in department of navodaya vidyalaya samittee(autonomous body) under HRD.I have been selected for treasury officer in uttar pradesh Gov(exam held by uppsc)for higher grade pay 5400(15600+5400=21000).In nvs my basic pay is 23050.I have already taken NOC from NVS.
Q.NO.1-Will I be entitled for pay of protection?
Q.NO.2-Will my service rendered to NVS be accredited to my new joining?

Ans : Yes

Q.NO.2-Will my service rendered to NVS be accredited to my new joining?

Ans : If NVS pays leave salary and pension contribution to UP Govt.

NVS is not a UP Govt. department.
Refer the Service Rules applicable in the state in such cases.
