Wrong info in Rti

I applied an Rti asking for a complaint application copy at local police station of 2010.and diary entry number .
Ans came that no such complaint application has been submitted.

The copy has been misplaced at my end. What is the mean to get the copy. Wrong info has been given in Rti.
