Dear Advocates,

when civil case is pending in madurai high court, my opposite party illigally registering land in register office...

is there any way to stop that from madurai high court? If yes, what are all the steps should be followed in detail?

Also, how to cancel the previous illigal registration in register office through madurai high court.

You could apply for court directions to cancel the illegal registrations and simultaneuosly you could lodge criminal complaints also
