what is the time limit to execute a notrized gpa for regn of a property?how much stamp duty has to be paid for registering the property i n karnataka?

contact local lawyer . registration has to be done within period of 4 months . with penalty another 4 months

Transfer of property is not permitted if GPA is not registered. Notarized GPA holder cannot do so as desired.
