Karnataka Govt is planning to mobilise funds by introducing akrama sakrama.how can Govt regularise irregularties just by collecting money. will it not tentamount to encourage people for continuing the practise of irregularities. if laws cannot be implemented strictly by law makers then let them scrap all laws and allow irregularities to continue.instead of curbing such malafied practices and taking stern actions against law violaters,Govt indulging in such schemes with only motive of mobilising funds is utter nonsense and cannot be accepted by law abiding citizens.what were the concerned officiala were doing while such irregularities were happening. that means there is deriliction of duties by officials of BBMP. By introducing such schemes,Govt is directly supporting corruption.there should be a strong protest from eminent advocates fraternity to stop such move by Govt. hope necessary actions will be initiated and advise me also what action as an individual i can take to put a stop to such moves by Govt.

There is a difference between an irregularity and an illegality. An irregularity could be regularised, if facts and circumstances and matters of public policy warrant, but not an illegality.
