Joint name in agreement

To have first name & second name in a home agreement, is it mandatory that the two persons be in relation? My sister-in-law is engaged & her fiance is in process of buying a flat, before their marriage. I wish to have my sister-in-law's name as second name in the agreement from security point of view. Is it possible to have her name in the agreement before their marriage?

dont place any such condition . let her fiancee suggest that flat be in joint names.it is possible to have her name in agreement before marriage too

Name of two person not related to each other can be there in an agreement of purchase of property.
