Dear Everyone on the Cyberspace,
During my queries as an Advocate and as an ordinary citizen I find Expert Prabhakar Singh to be outstandingly the best.
I wish him all the best and want personally some references in Punjab and Haryana High Court as I want to file a case against acquisition of my piece of Land in Haryana - acquired at my back, without any personal notice to me and on points that India is no Bengal Presidency. Herein in the vast expanse of Indian territories the publication in two newspapers and pasting in locality where land is situated and owner is not staying in the revenue district or in the state should not be held to be effective notice- as contemplated under Section 4 of the LA Act 1894.
I need help to draft my Writ Petition as I have not been able to do it really collected too much material may be its personal for me.
Thanks once again to Prabhakar Singh Ji whose guidance like that of Dhingra ji in Service matters is really helping and not sarcastic or scathing like many others.
