Shop (commercial) case

sir , i was taken a shop as a rentle before 29year that is 1984, but landlords sell to other person. new landlords want to evict the shop.
so sir, please tell me what i want to do now and i have already appeals in lower court.

you cnat be evicted without following due procedure of law . you must be having rent receipts in your name . refuse to vacate . let him file suit for eviction

Landlord is entitled to file the eviction petition on the valid grounds.
