(Querist) 03 October 2013 This query is : Resolved 
1,My father(DEAD) is mortgagee,

2,Mortgagor also dead,

3,Agricultural land Mortgage deed registered at 1977 as usufructuary mortgage,

4,time to redemption is 4 years,

5,In Limitation act, only 30 years to redemption,,now 36 years passed,

6,in this case , how can we transfer patta to my name? or how can i solve this problem?
