Experts,
What is the period for filing appeal against an Order passed on Exh 5?
In the instant matter Order was passed on 16/08/2013 and application for certified copy was made on 13/09/2013 and the certified copy has been received on 19/09/2013 and appeal is to be filed on 20/09/2013 - whether the matter is under limitation or application for condonation will have to be made?

Yes, if appeal is filed on 20-9-2013 it will be in limitation. No need to file delay condonation application.
