Non occupancy charges

I have a flat in Bangalore which I have rented.Wanted to know if non occupancy charges are applicable in the state of Karnataka and what is the rate for it.If yes,then where can I get this information on the govt website.I have read about it being levied in Maharashtra only as of now.Thanks

non occupancy are 10%of service charges levied by society excluding property taxes
