Sir,
First I like to thanks for excellent advise.
Secondly I had got Divorce in lower court i.e. contested divorce it took 4 years and also many case is pending e.g. 498 Domestic Volince Act, False Case, maintenance case etc.
I want to know that can I remarry.

yes, u can re-marry but settle all cases before re-marriage.

You can definitely re-marry after a period of at least 3 months after passing of decree of divorce and there is no requirement of closure of all cases for that purpose.
