In July 2008 I had purchased a flat from Clariant India. The Sale Agreement bears the names of myself and my wife. Clariant had purchased the flat from the builder. The Housing Society was formed in 2011. The Society records yet show Clariant as the 1st owner. And the electricity bill shows the builders name. I would like to transfer the said flat into my name and would like to know the procedures for the same. Thanking you in advance. ollycal@gmail.com

Apply to the Society as per their procedure. For electric Connection name Change you have to apply the electric supply department. Both department and society have their procedure and documents have to be completed as per their procedure.

Yu shall have to get the transfer of ownership as well as name of electricity consumer as of you by producing the change of the ownership documents.
