Yes. If there is dealy in filing the restoration application it is necessary to file delay condonation application u/s 5 of the limitation act, otherwise delay will not be condoned and case will be restored.

Yoy file Delay condonation application separatly along with restoraton applcation.Court will decide first delay condonation application then if delay condoned then court will decide restoration application.
