498a chargesheet

Hi experts

It had been more than six month still the chargesheet has not been made for 498A case. what should i do to dismiss this 498A case.

Delay in charge sheet gives only one right
to accused and that is only to get enlarged on bail.
or else you may try quash u/s 482.

But do wait for others opinion also.May be there other options besides those told by me.

There is no time limit for filing the charge-sheet. If there are some convincing grounds, go for quashing of FIR.
