Partition suit

a,b,c coowners filed d 3rd person for bare injuction in2003.but d already purchesed suit properties only from e who is the brother of a.written statement filed by d stating the sale from e,and stated d sold to 60 persons as plots. They were not impleaded, e is not a party. In this stage b was died in22.11.2009, and L.R's were impleded. Now plaintiffs advised to file suit for partition.Is there any bar to a&b?

Until and unless the nature of the suit property is not disclosed by you, how can experts guide you?

It is not know whether the suit property is joint or not so first of all post the real facts so as to enable us to reply as desired.
