Water leakage problem

Hi, I stay in a co-operative housing society. There was some water leakage problem from the flat that was above our flat. It created problem in our bathroom's roof(latrine) and at kitchen's walls. After continous requests,He has done some repair work on sunday 28.07.13.
Butleakage problem is not solved till to day
it is company flat.please advice me some storage action that ican take against them

again ask said flat owner to get repairs done properly so that leakage problem is solved fully.

send a letter to said member regarding continued leakages . copy to secretary for information . offer to pay 50%cost of repairs .
