We have registered educational trust under trust act 1882. Now we want to allot/lease out wakf property for the construction of school. Will you pls guide me what is procedure to lease out wakf property for Chairatable purpose/Establishment of School for weaker section of society. What benefits are given by the government

You have to obtain prior permission from the Wakf Board or Charity Commissioner as case may be.

First of all pass a resolution to that effect and then obtain due permission from Board and then go ahead as per local laws.
