Court fee on damages

(Querist) 16 July 2013 This query is : Resolved 
suit for declaration and for possession and for damages of Rs.20,000 p.a. for illegal occupation and use of property from the date of suit till the date of eviction was filed.

court fee was paid for declaration and for possession but no Court fee was paid on damages.

need it be paid court fee on damages at the time of institution of suit?

kindly explain, with citation if any.

yes, u have to pay court fee on damages

amount also at the time of filing of suit so as to

get relief for it.
