dear sir
case is registred from 18/05/2015 at ps city fatehabad haryana under sec 363/366a/120b or police have not take any action on accused persons or not his family for hard investigation/interrogation yet we are not satisfied with police action.
what kind of petition we can file against police/accused in the punjab and haryana high court

File a Writ against the Police inaction.
