Cis scam and legal course of action

This pertains to the recent Order issued by SEBI on 21-June-2013 with relation to unauthorised CIS (Collective Investment Scheme) of Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd. I had made an investment in their 'allotment of undivided share in land property' scheme for 3 years during the month of April 2012. SEBI has now instructed Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd. to wind up all its businesses and refund back investor's monies with any interests due within 3 months or else face criminal proceedings. The matter has also been escalated with SAT (Securities Appellate Tribunal). I just wanted to ask what legal measures can I take to get my money back from Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd.?
