Pio not comply with sics order

Facts:
1) Hon'ble APIC order to provide information to RTI applicant

2) No response, despite take more time than necessary given by the Hon'ble APIC

3) Non-compliance complaint U/s 18 filed before Hon'ble APIC.

4) Adminstrative complaint was also filed.

The information sought is related to applicants ancestral property.

Now what to do it is more than 6 months.

Any executive petition applicable to APIC
or
Writ of mandamus in A.P. High Court
or
Complaint in ACB/CBI

Please enlighten me.

Non-compliance has to be taken up with the APIC only. There is no further step as per RTI Act. However,if you wish to file a complaint with ACB/CBI, you can do so without linking the RTI Act.
