x has four sons (A,B,C,D) and received land from Y for his sweet and cordial relation of 50 years back and has no name in property card

and this is pedigree, S is son, D is Daughter, M.D is married daughter

A has obtain fradelently expate decre order against Y in 1982 without informaing other legal heir and put their names i.e E,F,G,K in property card as they are the only owner,and all the heirs where not aware of the decree till recently now it has understood now only H has to file suit for declaration of owner ship against EFGK & Wife for legal heirs for his 1/4th share

1) Now who are plaintiff and who are defendents because only H has to file suit for declaration of ownership for all and to pay court fees for his 1/4 share ?
