Will probation

dear sir
i have a will of land written by my grand father on plain white paper in 2012.
please tell me this is valid or not.

Will is valid only if the property was self acquired of your grandpa, however, a will is always subject to challenge on many grounds. Get the will probated if your grandpa has expired.
