Related to family dispute case

If it's a small case of family dispute,Is it necessary for each n every family member to attend the hearing.

If any one of the person is busy and can't attend .Can we submit some medical doc that the particular person can't attend as they are not well.

If it is civil it is not necessary, but in criminal every body has to.

You did not tell small or big what the case is?

In Civil cases, if advocate is engaged he can do all without presence of any.

But in criminal cases, an exemption would have to be sought for those who are absent.

Without knowing the nature of case, it cannot be said about appearance of parties
