Transfer of membership from state to another state

(Querist) 13 April 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Sir, I applied for transfer of membership from Mumbai to Kerala vide application No; 1230 dated on 06-06-2012 and Paid Rs 750/- on draft infavour of Bar council of India and I got NOC FOR TRANSFER- till now I don't have any reply from Bar Council of India, my membership is MAH/6129/2006 - PLEASE ADVISE ME.
