Dear Sir,

I, m getting labour contract from builder.I have to deposit 5 lacs as a security amount.
Pls. advise, other then work order, what document shell I, ask for more safety.

Do not fail get written acknowledgement for the amount paid.
A written contract containing all details is most preferred option.

Builder need permission from department of labour for engaging contractor and you need due license for this purpose apart from your specific agreement containing entire conditions and then work order.
