I reiterate my answer.A transfer of property can be registered only in such office of sub-registrar where the property is situated.
The only improvement to mine or Mr. Barman's answer may be, by any other brilliant,is that if two properties are situated in two jurisdictions and both of the properties are proposed to be transferred by one deed then answer would be that the deed can be registered before either of the sub registrar.BUT THE QUERY WAS NOT UP TO THIS EXTENT,SO NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT IT.

My reply is based upon the query which do not demand the replies as given by some experts. The query was not so clear as subsequently clarified on his behalf.
