Can there be a divorce after 7 years of love affair and 12 years of marriage life that means 20 years of togetherness.
My wife doesn't want to stay with me she left my place to her parents place once but came back after staying there for 1 month. Now again went to her parents place threatening never to come back.This is going on for the past 1 year. Now i finally thought of getting Divorce from her. We have been fighting almost everyday for the past one year. It is becoming impossible for me to live with her.
We have a son (7 years old) and our fights is disturbing him a lot. So i want to end this up in a Divorce.
Pl suggest what to do and how.

A.THERE SHOULD NOT BE.
That what you state as reason would or may afford a ground branded as "cruelty"easy to frame but difficult to prove.where one spouse gives examples of cruel behavior, and the other spouse denies it and tries to explain away or excuse the behavior. Without police reports, medical records, testimony from eyewitnesses or other strong evidence you may not be able to establish cruelty.It seems to me one needs a very cool preparation for a foreseen divorce desire.
