Golden and silver ornaments lease (girvee) documents against the rupees

(Querist) 12 February 2013 This query is : Resolved 
one women want to 40,000 rs from me against the 1 kg silver and she agreed to pay 2% interest per month. In this regard i would like to get drafting along with terms and condition and proper procedure for the same.She has a two adult sons and she want to hidden this matter from them. is this right? Should i have to intimate to them regard this matter and should take sign both sons in legal documents for this agreement?

you are carrying on business as moneylendeer . do you have money lender license . get terms drafted by a lawyyer
