Share of son in law in property

(Querist) 05 February 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Does son in law has any right in a property owned by father in law which is getting disposed after father in law died. The daughter in question also expired with no children born.

If son in law does not have a right, should he require to sign the sale deed being executed by remaining sons, daughters and wife of the deceased owner of the property.

You have to first tell as to who died first, whether father-in-law or his daughter?

If wife dies after the father in law then you and your sons have share.Else you all have no share in it.
