Gift

(Querist) 30 January 2013 This query is : Resolved 
My mother belongs to Scheduled Tribe and my Lt. father was from the General Category.I do not possess any Tribal Certificate.My mother would like to Gift me her property.
After going through the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, I'm still confused.

Logically, I feel, it is possible. Please reassure me.

contact a local lawyer . get gift deed prapred by a lawyer . have it stamped and regd
