Regarding the mandatory injunction

whether the mandatory injunction is maintainable against the eviction of tenant , please code the ruling also ? and second question is whether the clear definition of the tenant if tenant is depositing the rent of rented accommodation u/s 30 but landlord never issued any rent receipt.and tenant have no allotment letter or registration of lease deed .
