DEAR SIR,
I AM MARRIED MUSLIM MALE. I WANT TO MARRY A DIVORCED MUSLIM GIRL. I DON'T KNOW THE PROCEDURE. PLEASE GUIDE ME WHEATER I SHOULD GO FOR COURT MARRIAGE OR MUSLIM NIKAH.
PLEASE GUIDE ME & TELL ME THE PROCEDURE.

You can do bigamy only by nikah where you are authorized to nikkah 4 but consent of sitting wife should not be ignored.

You can not marry a 2nd lady if you follow the course of any court marriage under any other law.

Hence Go for NIKAH.
