i sell one my flat which developer not firm society yet and devloper demand for money for noc and a society which look after for mantainace of building also demanding money for noc . it is complsary to take noc from them or not please clearify and why this documents is required

as per supreme court verdict noc is not required to sell the flat as per which news i read and one one more thing our buyer loan also paid by bank also they also did not demand noc know we go for registry can they demand for noc for registry
