me and my brother have individual sites on our name but on joint khata and now i want to sell or contruct on my site.can i sell or construct individualy on my site without my brother inteference and on joint khata it self or i have to make a new khata individually on my name for my site if yes then can i make individual khata without partition or partition deed is necessary for this. Kindly please let me know what is the procedure i should follow

It is better to make individual khata with boundaries.

Formal partition creates separate khata for all so get the formal partition to end all coming problems and then make permanent construction in your own khata thereafter.
