Car parking

(Querist) 05 November 2012 This query is : Resolved 
H team,

i have purchased a flat in an appartment (20 flats in builing & 22 car parkings)
with each flat owner having 1 reserved parking each and builder has 2 parkings left with his possession and is ready to sell/allocate 1 (extra) to me for Rs45000,
please advise if we can buy it and excecute a notary as its a small amount?

please help...

Sorry, without registration on payment of stamp duty no immovable property is validly transferred.
