we give a person POA for selling our property and he made a sale agreement for 10,20,0000 with a person by reciving 10 lakh on agreement day and for balance 20000 with one year period and give 10 lakh to us but after 1 year power agent sold the same property to the same buyerwith fresh sale deed for 214000 and not give any amount to us also donot cancell the sale agreement but the possession is belong us please give me some advice for this

Dear Sir ,tks for ur reply
we give a power of attorney to a person for sale our shop and he made a sale agreement with buyer on same date of power of attorney given for 10,20,000 in that sale agreement 10lakh is given today(i.e,, sale agreement date) for balance 20000 given one year time from agreement date and power agent give 10 lakh to us but after one year instead of receiving 20000 and register the property, power agent made a fresh sale deed with same buyer for 2,14,000 and not give that sum to us the possession of property still belong to us what can we do now

Ok, You have already got chunk of it.
However if you do not wish to let go the rest of the money then file a case of criminal breach of trust against him.
You can file civil suit as well for recovery of money.
The cases are maintainable only if the agent was not entrusted to deduct some amount of money as his remuneration.
