Recovery of money.

sir,
i m a bussinessman and envolve in bussiness of cotton yarn. i sold my products to a company of KENYA through invoice, they have no offive or branch in India. i have no agreement with them but i have their many acknowledgements where they accept their liability.
now they are not paying my payments.
plz guide me wut can i do??

Send legal notice to co. and demand ur payment with interest.

Issue legal notice and file a suit for recovery of money

send the legal notice first and if they do not respond within 15 days. file a recovery suite in the court
