Execution in Consumer Forum

The Decree Holder filed an execution Before Consumer Forum and the same had been dismissed in default by the Hon'ble Consumer Form. Thereafter now again the Decree Holder file an execution regarding the same order. Is it maintainable or not.

Execution petitions can be filed till the Decree is satisfied, subject to limitation period.

the previous dismissal was not on merits, moreover the mutual rights have already been decided so even i dont find any wrong in it.

appeal the order before d state fourm.there is something wrong with ur dis order dismiss in dif.
on d time of execution when d notice has been issue dn how it is possible to dismiss in default of that execution.
