Sir,
If the case is kept for disposal and there is no disposal upto nearly 30 yrs and again reopened the same case for disposal after 30 yrs than whether there is any remedy available to parties of the suit. if possible pls give me the response to this query

Dear Kasinath,
Is the case is pending disposal for 30 years for pronouncement of judgment or at earlier stage?
Which Court i.e., District or High court?
If it is for judgment move to higher Court/Supreme Court under Article 227 of the Costitution

well suit will have to be hard and disposed of . it must be a suit for damages . these take time to be disposed of due to pendency of cases in various courts
