Can you please write what actually is the problem, as any generic reply to a gneric student-like question may not serve your purpose.

if i have entered into a contract with mere negotiation in bombay and i reside in delhi. if the plaintiff files a case against me that bombay court has jurisdiction..can i say that i reside in delhi and no cause of action arose in bombay...whether negotiation is a place to a contract, can it create jurisdiction to that place.
