Dishonour of the cheque

This issue is regarding the dishonoring of the cheque. I am from Orissa , We have got the cheque bounced and summon a notice to the person against whom we want to start the case. But the person is not accepting the notice summoned by the court. In this case what should be our next line of action. Is there any provisions or rules against the person who is not accepting the court notice.

Can you please guide me in this issue. Any kind of help will be appreciable.

how have summons been sent ?

was attempt to serve been made through cops? if so report that accused refused to accept service would suffice .

you should approached to hon'ble court to issue Bailable warrant against him.
