Whether the Retirement benefits of the judgment Debtor could be attached for realization of a money decree. please provide me Case laws

Yes. Those retiral benefits can be got attached by the concerned court.

The Retirement Benefits include Provident fund [1.Recognized Provident Fund (RPF) 2.Unrecognized Provident Fund (URPF) 3.Statutory Provident Fund (SPF)
4.Public Provident Fund (PPF)], Gratuity etc. are exempt from attachment u/s 60 of CPC.
