Stamp duty for settlement deed/partition deed/release deed

Property is in hyderabad (residential) on fathers name,(father expired) legal heirs are 8 members, which deed will be less expensive and more valuable and can we get loans on it, which deed is suggestable. what will be the stamp duty percent.

partition is the best option, stamp duty is only 1% on the least share.
