Sir I need a format of MOU or Agreement for a divorced mother wants to have the sole custody of her children and husband also agreed for this. Please tell me how to write it.

ypou have to mention deatiled facts of the case . when you got married had child . nature of differnces thata rose betwen parties . hence decided to have divorce . father is agreeable to give sole custody of child to mother

get it drfated by lawyer
