we do not know the facts of your case .

you have to state that case does not fall within ambit of order 37 rule 2 and summons for judgement taken out by plaintiffs should be dismissed

File ur appearance and application with ur affidavit for allowing you to defend said
suit of plaintiff within 10 days of receipt of summons from court.
