My 1 Deductee in Mumabi Not Deposited TDS Since Last 2 Year , What Action I can take

I search For there PAN Or TAN NO. The Not Provide ,

if TDS has been deducted they are bound to issue you 16 a form giving particulars as to date of payment ,. amount paid , cheque or cash payment made . further quarterly returns have to be filed for TDS deducted .

you issue legal notice calling upon them to refund TDs deducted but not paid to govt
